For sale: new WP315A hydraulic butt fusion welding machine designed for professional welding of plastic pipes, including PE, PP, HDPE, PPR, PB and PVDF. Welding range: 90–315 mm. The machine is available from stock and is designed for construction site use, water supply systems, sewage systems, gas pipelines, industrial installations and PE pipe installation works. Main features: Pressure accumulator The pressure accumulator helps maintain stable pressure during the welding cycle, reduces pressure drops and improves the repeatability and quality of welded joints, especially when working with larger pipe diameters. Factory preparation for welding data logger The machine is equipped with a factory socket for connecting a welding data logger. The data logger can be purchased separately at any time. Optional welding data logger: built-in welding standards, including ISO, DVS and others, memory for up to 500 welding records, recording and control of real process parameters, built-in printer for printing welding reports on site, USB port for exporting reports, available languages: Polish, English, Russian and Chinese. Built-in timer When working with the data logger, heating and cooling times can be set automatically. The operator selects the pipe diameter and the machine helps control the welding process. Welding parameter table A welding parameter table is fixed to the hydraulic station, providing quick access to working parameters on site.
