XCMG XE60G is a 6-ton hydraulic mini excavator manufactured by XCMG, one of the largest construction equipment companies in the world with a presence in over 180 countries. This machine is designed for small to medium construction projects, landscaping work, municipal engineering, and agricultural applications. Kubota engines are recognized worldwide for their reliability, low fuel consumption, and ability to start easily in cold weather. This engine meets EU Stage V and EPA Tier 4 emission standards, making the XE60G ready for export to markets with strict environmental regulations such as Europe and North America. Compared to previous XCMG models, fuel consumption is reduced by approximately 10 percent while the digging power remains the same. Hydraulic System The hydraulic system uses a variable displacement axial piston pump with load-sensing control technology. This system automatically adjusts hydraulic flow and pressure based on the work being performed. As a result, the operator experiences smooth and precise movements whether digging, lifting, swinging, or traveling. The main hydraulic components are sourced from internationally trusted brands, which ensures reliable long-term performance and makes replacement parts easy to find. Boom and Arm The XE60G features a high-strength boom and arm constructed from wear-resistant steel plate. The structure was optimized using finite element analysis to remove unnecessary weight while maintaining strength and durability. A key feature is the offset swing arm, which allows the operator to move the arm to the left or right side of the machine. This makes it possible to dig close to walls, building foundations, roadsides, or other obstacles without repositioning the entire machine. This feature is extremely valuable in tight urban construction sites. Undercarriage The machine is built on a heavy-duty steel track frame. Rubber tracks come as standard equipment. Rubber tracks protect finished surfaces like asphalt, concrete, and pavers from damage, making the XE60G suitable for road work, sidewalk construction, and landscaping on delicate surfaces. Track tension can be adjusted easily using a standard grease gun. A dozer blade is included as standard equipment at the front of the undercarriage. This blade helps with backfilling trenches, grading soil, and leveling work sites. Operator Cab The XE60G is equipped with a ROPS certified cab that meets international safety standards. The cab is spacious for a 6-ton class machine. Large glass windows provide excellent visibility in all directions. The right side of the cab includes a transparent lower window for better visibility of the digging bucket and the edge of the rubber tracks. The suspension seat is adjustable and helps reduce operator fatigue during long working days. The control levers are pilot operated, requiring very little physical effort to move. A digital display screen shows engine RPM, coolant temperature, fuel level, and service reminders. Air conditioning and heating are available depending on the market configuration.
