➤Sunflower is a delicate plant, exposed to high losses during harvesting. This is especially true for harvesting with corn headers, where the plants must be sown at a spacing of 75 cm. The wide spacing keeps the distance between the plants in the row close, so the mature caps bump against each other when harvested. Then the valuable seeds are shed.

➤The solution is rowless headers for sunflower harvesting. Harvesting with such a machine takes place over the entire working width without having to worry about the row spacing, which can range from 40 cm to 75 cm. Thanks to this, it is ideal for individual users as well as service companies
➤SUN STREAM headers offer 6.5m headers for Class, New Holland combines.

The long crop dividers of the SUN STREAM headers have a basket shape inside, which greatly reduces seed losses. The shed seeds slide down to the header, under the auger transporting the harvested material. The worm drive is located on the left side and a chain transmission is used for this purpose. On the left side, a V-belt is also used to drive the Schumacher transmission, which drives the hat cutter bar. On the right side, the header auger transmits the drive to the serrated feeding drum located in front of the auger.
