VGT valves / actuators for DAF XF Euro 6 vehicles are remanufactured by experienced Arcoore specialists using high quality materials and components. After regeneration, each VGT valve is checked for durability and functional features.

What are VTG/VGT drivers?

Car controllers are devices in the form of small boxes. They have their own processors, memory and software. ECUs used in vehicles perform various functions, the purpose of which is always to achieve optimal operating parameters of the engine and other components.

Electric controllers control the operation of, among others, the following in the car:

drive unit - they control, among others the work of injections, dosing the right amount of fuel, the content of harmful substances in the exhaust gases, the amount of intake air, ignition or turbocharging;
automatic transmission - they allow to reduce the mechanical loads on the transmission parts, ensure smoother gear changes;
braking system - activate, among others, ABS system in case of difficulties encountered during braking.

VGT valves/controllers are remanufactured by experienced Arcoore specialists using high quality materials and components. After regeneration, each VGT valve is checked for durability and functional features.

What are the symptoms of a damaged turbocharger and VTG DAF XF 106 valve?

Slow acceleration, jerking and choking of the engine, lack of reaction to the pressed gas pedal or increased exhaust emissions are the symptoms of a damaged turbocharger or VTG adjuster. Fortunately, if it turns out that your turbocharger is out of order, you don't always have to put yourself out there and buy a new one right away. We also offer regenerated TURBINES.
